1. Cancellation by Users

Users may request a cancellation of their donation request by contacting ISKCON Salem through the provided email address or phone number.
1.2 Refund Policy:
Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed in accordance with the following terms:
· All eligible refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe through the original mode of payment.
2. Cancellation by Organizer
2.1 Event Cancellation:
If the donation activity is cancelled by ISKCON Salem, users will be entitled to a full refund of the donation amount.
2.2 Refund Processing:
All applicable refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 5–7 days from the date of cancellation.
2.3 Processing Timeline:
All eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation by ISKCON Salem.
3. Transaction Charges
Please note that any transaction or service fees charged by payment gateways or financial institutions may be non-refundable and will be deducted as applicable.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions
4.1 Non-Refund Eligibility:
Donations shall be considered non-refundable under the following circumstances:
· Non-Attendance
· If a user fails to attend the donation activity for any reason.
· Force Majeure Events
· In case of disruptions, delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond the control of ISKCON Salem, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions or emergencies.
